Our 2004 player Amaris Hamilton-Grein was invited by U.S Soccer to attend a Girls Training center in Orlando yesterday.

We as a club are very proud of Amaris and are looking forward to have many more players attending U.S Training centers in the future.

U.S. Soccer conducts training sessions by invitation only to identify players with Youth National Team potential. Girls’ Training Centers (TC) are designed to improve player identification, player development, and coach development. TC’s are setup to provide high-level training for players in a motivating and challenging environment.

We took our 2005 & 2006 boys to Colombia for 10 days to play 4 professionally academies there and experience soccer in a different country. The teams got to play in stadiums, train with Colombian coaches and play Street Soccer.

The boys interacted with the Colombian players, exchanged uniforms after each game creating life time memories.

Both of the teams did really well in Colombia and really enjoyed the soccer experience and the 4 excursions we did on the trip (see pictures below). It was great to see all the families bond and create life time memories together. At end of the trip you could really see how great of a soccer family we have at West Pasco and the bond that everybody created was priceless.

West Pasco FC takes teams every year on International trips. For more info on West Pasco FC and the International trips please contact Novi Maric @ Novi.maric@yahoo.com or Denise Stauffer @ jstauffer@tampabay.rr.com
